The assortment covers new and used luxury goods, including bags, watches, jewellery and designer clothing. Brands, categories and filters come from the shared catalogue of website and app. Only active items from reviewed sellers are visible in public.
A binding share of every completed payment is reserved for certified organisations. The website is not a second shop and does not replace the app.
All questionsWhat does at least 10 % for organisations mean?
At least 10 % of the full shown sale price before fees must go in total to certified organisations. In cents that is rounding up of P divided by 10. Included shipping is not subtracted from P for this. The floor applies to fixed price, auction and live sale. For auctions the end price counts.
The selling person can preselect a certified organisation. Without a preselection the buying person must choose a certified organisation. Otherwise no payment starts.

LuxCharity welcomes qualified individuals and businesses. Only sellers who pass our confidential review and receive our approval may publish items for sale.
We review identity, required business details and seller eligibility professionally and discreetly. You can prepare listings beforehand; they become public only after successful approval.
All questionsAre shipping and insurance already in the price?
For new listings insured shipping must be included in the shown price or free pickup must be offered. Extra shipping fees must not be demanded in new website texts. The selling person as sender provides packing, tracking and transport insurance that matches the full sale value.
Yes, if the listing provides pickup. Pickup is without a surcharge. Both sides document the actual handover.

Charitable legal persons can file a separate application.
Open the application in the app and select “Organisation” when registering. After confirming your email, add your organisation’s details, contacts, countries of operation and supporting documents. You can save a draft and add missing documents later. The guide explains each step and the requirements for submission.
Only after manual review and certification may it be chosen as a recipient.
