01

How does discreet shipping work?

Discreet shipping: seller → LuxCharity → buyer. LuxCharity receives, identifies and repacks the parcel for forwarding. This service does not include authentication.

02

Which items can be checked?

Authentication with forwarding: eligible bags of supported brands and models priced at €1,000 or more. The final price applies to auctions. Other currencies are initially excluded. Not every model can be assessed.

03

Which extra costs apply?

Add-on services are optional and never preselected. Only the chosen service and additional transport costs are charged extra. The same shipping leg is never charged twice. Service fees are itemised separately and do not change donation calculations.

04

How should I pack the item?

  1. Download and print the matching transaction confirmation.
  2. Check the item, accessories and documents.
  3. Protect the item inside sturdy, neutral outer packaging.
  4. Enclose the confirmation.
  5. Use the matching label and keep handover evidence. Reporting dispatch does not prove arrival.
05

What do the inspection results mean?

If condition differs, the buyer must expressly accept the documented condition; silence is never consent. An inconclusive result receives a free second inspection by another qualified employee. If still inconclusive, or if there are authenticity concerns, forwarding stops. LuxCharity handles the case and reversal; no automatic destruction or extra charge.

06

What should I do if there is a problem?

Missing, damaged, condition mismatch or inconclusive inspection: report the issue from the order and keep evidence. Affected forwarding and payout release pause during review. Discreet returns also go through LuxCharity. Hub arrival is not buyer receipt. Costs and refunds require a documented decision under the approved terms.
