01

How should I pack the item?

  1. Download and print the matching transaction confirmation.
  2. Check the item, accessories and documents.
  3. Protect the item inside sturdy, neutral outer packaging.
  4. Enclose the confirmation.
  5. Use the matching label and keep handover evidence. Reporting dispatch does not prove arrival.
02

What must go inside the parcel?

The A4 enclosure shows the order reference, separate six-character item code, item, seller username, sale date, service and receiving hub. It excludes the buyer's address. Its QR code contains only an internal reference; staff must still sign in. Missing paperwork or uncertain identification pauses processing until resolved.

03

Who sees which information?

With LuxCharity forwarding, the seller receives the hub address, not the buyer's private address. Some information may still be needed for transport, returns or legal requirements. Personal details in original documents or accessories are not automatically removed. Address protection does not mean complete anonymity.
