We are preparing optional services for supported sender and recipient addresses within the EU. These pages explain the planned process. Booking is not yet available.
Information phase · Translations and operational release under review
01
What is included in the item price?
Direct shipping: seller → buyer. Standard insured shipping is included in the item price. Free collection remains available where offered.
02
How are the transport legs covered?
Seller → LuxCharity and LuxCharity → buyer have separate shipping records. Supported countries and postal codes, packaging rules, actual transport cover and value limits require approval before activation. Prices, hubs and promised processing times will be published only once confirmed.
03
How should I pack the item?
Download and print the matching transaction confirmation.
Check the item, accessories and documents.
Protect the item inside sturdy, neutral outer packaging.
Enclose the confirmation.
Use the matching label and keep handover evidence. Reporting dispatch does not prove arrival.
04
What should I do if there is a problem?
Missing, damaged, condition mismatch or inconclusive inspection: report the issue from the order and keep evidence. Affected forwarding and payout release pause during review. Discreet returns also go through LuxCharity. Hub arrival is not buyer receipt. Costs and refunds require a documented decision under the approved terms.
